Case Study: Omnichannel Campaign Strategy
Launching a Dining and Entertainment Brand in a Competitive Market
Challenge
A national entertainment and dining brand, Flix Brewhouse, was preparing to open a new location in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The surrounding market included many competing entertainment, dining, and leisure options, so the launch needed to create more than awareness. It needed to build local excitement, introduce the experience, and give people a reason to visit early.
Work
The campaign combined influencer outreach, paid social, organic content, public relations, media coordination, giveaways, VIP-style previews, walkthrough content, and social storytelling. Local creators and entertainment-adjacent voices helped introduce the experience to nearby audiences, while campaign content was repurposed across channels to extend reach and build opening momentum.
Result
The work helped create strong launch visibility, local conversation, and early audience engagement around the opening. Influencer and social content expanded the campaign beyond owned channels, helping the brand reach large local audiences quickly during a critical market-entry window.

Case Study: Investor Presentation Strategy
Positioning a Hospitality Concept for Investor Understanding
Challenge
A hospitality group entering a major Fort Worth market needed investor-facing materials that clearly explained the opportunity, location, surrounding demand drivers, and overall concept. Because some audiences were not physically on site, the materials needed to communicate the gravity of the location and the value of the surrounding market quickly.
Work
The work included presentation strategy, visual storytelling, modular map development, market-area context, location photography, surrounding-district references, and slide design that helped investors understand the concept in relation to nearby destinations, foot traffic, growth patterns, and development activity.
Result
The final materials helped translate a complex hospitality and location-based opportunity into a clearer investor presentation. Instead of relying only on verbal explanation, the deck gave stakeholders a more intuitive way to understand the project, the market, and the value of bringing the concept to Fort Worth.
