Helping a DFW City Attract Business, Development, and Investment

Challenge

A DFW-area city and its economic development corporation needed to communicate the value of doing business in the community while attracting investors, developers, and businesses to key corridors. The work required balancing local history, future growth potential, traffic patterns, surrounding demographics, tax incentive opportunities, and public perception.

Work

The work included primary research with surrounding communities, secondary demographic and market research, sales potential analysis, traffic context, business outreach messaging, investor pitch materials, map-based storytelling, incentive communication, and video content featuring current businesses. The campaign helped simplify why the city was a practical, valuable, and timely place to invest or expand.

Result

The materials gave the city and its economic development corporation stronger tools to speak with developers, investors, business owners, and community stakeholders. By connecting research, local business stories, corridor opportunity, incentive information, and clear visual presentation, the work helped position the city as a more compelling location for future growth.

Modernizing a City Brand While Preserving Local History

Challenge

A growing Texas city needed to modernize its public identity while still honoring its history, local character, and long-standing community pride. City leaders recognized that growth, visitor interest, new residents, and investment opportunities required a stronger brand system that could represent both where the city had been and where it was headed.

Work

The work included primary research, stakeholder focus groups, brand exploration, messaging development, visual identity direction, logo development, and a broader suite of city-facing communication tools. Community members, city stakeholders, and civic leaders were engaged to better understand how the city should look, sound, and present itself to residents, visitors, businesses, and future investors.

Result

The final brand system helped the city communicate a more modern, forward-looking identity while retaining the historic and cultural qualities that made it recognizable. The work gave city leaders a clearer platform for visitor attraction, economic development, resident pride, and future-facing public communication.

Services Demonstrated
