Information you send us
If you submit the Free Consultation form, we receive the information you enter: your name, email address, your organization if you choose to provide it, and your answer to “What are you working on?” Please do not include confidential information in the form.
The form is provided by Jetpack Forms. A submission is stored as a form response in this website’s WordPress database and an email notification is sent to howdy@ruizadvertising.com. Jetpack’s form service may include the submission time and IP address in the response record or notification as an abuse-prevention measure. Site administrators can access and remove stored responses. Email notifications are retained according to the mailbox’s settings.
Website and hosting information
When a browser requests a page, the website and its hosting provider may process technical request information such as an IP address, browser and device details, the requested page, and the time of the request. This information is used to deliver, maintain, and protect the website.
Analytics
The existing public Ruiz Advertising website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic and how visitors use its pages. Service providers and storage
Bluehost hosts the WordPress website and its database. Jetpack provides the consultation form. Google Analytics measures use of the public website, and Google Workspace delivers messages to our business email account. These providers process information as needed to provide their services and under their own privacy terms: Automattic, Bluehost’s parent company, Newfold Digital, and Google.
How long we keep information
Consultation responses remain in the website database until an administrator removes them. Related email notifications remain in the mailbox according to its settings. We use these records to respond to inquiries and maintain ordinary business records.
